The Sane Verses...
The mentally healthy people in the world are labeled "SANE". Yet if such people break down from the pressures of life and need to see a psychiatrist some then label them "CRAZY".

"But I thought they were SANE?" No they're seeing a shrink now, obviously they are crazy! Normal people don't see shrinks!. Why do some assume that if a person has to seek emotional help that they have become crazy? Strange isn't it! But this is why we have a STIGMA! Nobody wants to talk about it! You would imagine it would be considered healthy to unleash all of the negativity occurring inside the head.

"Oh my God! My dog died, then I got hit by a truck, then the water pipes burst and we had to replace the flooring in the house, my husband had to go to emergency because he fell off of a ladder, now we are in so much debt we cannot afford to pay the mortgage. We're probably going to have to file bankruptcy. If we lose the house we have no choice but to live with my mother-in-law who hates me. My oldest just dropped out of school, and my daughter is having an affair with a married man. But even though I feel as though I am losing my mind, can't function or sleep properly I'll just keep it all inside so nobody knows. I don't want the neighbors or my friends finding out if I go and see a Therapist"

Why not? Because they'll think she's crazy wont they. Is she? How can she possibly think lucidly with all that mush floating around inside her head. She'll just choose to bury it until another problem arises and shove that one into the back of her sub-conscious also. Maybe one day she will implode like a dilapidated Las Vegas casino too.

Situational Depression can be cured. Depression because the neurotransmitters in your brain are not working properly, or wacked out hormones can be treated. Screw the Stigma and get the help you need.
How often do you look into a mirror and see beneath the surface? Sure you see your eyes, nose, hair, and lips. You may also encounter a few wrinkles and pimples. More often we see our impurities, which is why the cosmetic industry is phenomenally successful. We want to cover up what we consider unsightly, and inject ourselves with collagen. There is nothing wrong with wanting to look our best, how we feel about ourselves on the outside projects how we feel on the inside. But take away how we look on the outside and the next time you look into the mirror delve deeper.

Examine who you really are. Do you even know who you are? Do you have a good heart and soul and generally want what is best for people? Or are you bitter and want people to fail? If you chose the latter then obviously there is something within that displeases you about yourself.
The Story of the Mirror
It doesn’t have to. A doctor may not always be able to ‘relate’ to our pain, but they are aware of how the conscious and sub-conscious mind works, they are aware of why we encounter mental pain and anguish, they are aware of our biochemistry, and they can prescribe a medication that will ultimately help. They can also help talk us through our therapy if needed, which will not only provide insight into personal issues but also work through them. Perhaps you had a sick parent who abused you and you are now suffering extreme consequences, this imbedded pain needs to be brought to the surface and let go of.

Don’t allow someone else’s screwed up mentality affect yours; we are all worthy of happiness in this life.
I don't want to live my life if this is howing it is going to be
It is so important to loves one’s self. If you love your ‘self’ this radiates from within and it is so much easier to love others and allow love in. Try smiling in the mirror, say “I love you” say it like you mean it, and smile. We criticize ourselves, but how often do we grant praise when appropriate?
